square head in striped gray shirt my stomach hurts i think i had to much coffee my head is kinda fat right now and i need to wash my hands they feel sticky and dry from sitting in this room to long slightly feeling that things are not alright what does that mean? switched between states of mind what switches what changes is there a switch or did i make that up?
